Pack the Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the invoice are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Quality Check & Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
